Corrections
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Offshore Atlas welcomes factual corrections from companies, offshore professionals and users who identify information that may be outdated, incomplete or inaccurate.
How to Submit Corrections
Send correction requests to office@crewhorizon.com. Please include the page URL, the company or topic name, the specific item to review and the corrected information.
Evidence Requirements
Correction requests should include public evidence where possible. Useful sources include official company pages, annual reports, investor materials, press releases, official fleet pages, regulator records, public project announcements or official brand guidelines.
Expected Review Process
Offshore Atlas reviews correction requests before publication. Accepted corrections may be edited for clarity, neutral wording, consistent terminology and alignment with the Offshore Atlas data model.
Editorial Independence
Submitting a correction does not guarantee a specific wording, featured status, ranking position or editorial conclusion. Offshore Atlas may verify facts independently and may decline unsupported or promotional changes.
Response Expectations
Response times depend on the complexity of the request, the quality of evidence and the current editorial workload. Straightforward factual updates are usually easier to review than broad profile rewrites or unsupported claims.
Logo and Brand Requests
Logo requests should include a link to an official source for the asset. Offshore Atlas aims to preserve original logo colours, proportions and brand presentation where logos are used for identification and navigation.
What to Avoid
- Unsupported marketing claims.
- Requests to describe a company as the best, largest or leading without public evidence and context.
- Private documents that Offshore Atlas cannot verify publicly.
- Requests to remove factual public information solely because it is commercially inconvenient.
